The university manages international affairs through the International Relations and Affairs Cell (IRAC), which offers the following specific services:

- Legal & Registration Assistance: Acts as the official liaison for registration with the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO).

- Hostels: Separate, high-quality hostels for boys and girls with options for AC and Non-AC rooms, including single, double, and triple occupancy.
- Dining: A spacious mess and food court offering vegetarian meals.
- Health & Security: The campus features a 1500-bedded multispecialty hospital for medical care and maintains 24-hour security for student safety.
- Sports & Recreation: Facilities include an indoor sports stadium, cricket ground, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, plus a gym and music/dance room.
Academic Resources
- Central Library: Offers access to over 260 international and Indian journals, 2,200 e-journals via DELNET, and computerized library management systems.
- Global Exposure: Partnerships with overseas education consultants like Global Colliance (as of 2025-2026) support students seeking international opportunities.
Administrative & Fee Information
- NRI/Foreign Quota: Special fee structures apply to NRI and foreign students for programs like M.D. and M.S., often quoted in USD.
- Document Requirements: Foreign degree equivalence must be verified by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). NRI-sponsored candidates must provide specific affidavits and embassy certificates.
